December 2001: I designed a walk through exhibition on human rights for Amnesty International as a final year thesis project at the Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture. The project had a larger than life size illustrations on wooden panels done in charcoal and looked more of a Fine Art than a Communication Design project. “If it wasn’t for your flyer in the end, we would have failed you…” one of my jurors told me at the end of the day… It was my flyer that proved I am a designer who can design if I choose to… I graduated with topping in my thesis… The following are some of the panels that were up for display in the project…
